Certificate Program Overview
This 9 module course supports veterinary professionals (assistance, receptionists, technicians, managers, and veterinarians) in elevating skills of professionalism. Classes are designed to deliver programming in exemplifying and developing habits as a professional in communication, de-escalation, teamwork, accountability, inclusivity, goal setting, career satisfaction, and wellbeing. Upon completion, attendees receive a valuable certificate proving dedication and commitment to the hard, soft skills building a career in veterinary medicine that is founded in professionalism. The facilitators’ passion for the empowerment and wellbeing of veterinary professionals shines through, sharing their stories from the field, inspiring excellence.
Course Access and Structure
- Course Duration: The course must be completed within 60 days from the date of purchase.
- Course Navigation: Begin your course by going to the Course Content section at the bottom of this page. The course is sequential; you must complete each section before moving to the next. At the end of each topic, click the button at the bottom right corner of the page to confirm completion of that topic and move to the next.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor your progress using the progress bar at the top of the page and the sidebar. You can log in and out as needed but must finish the course within 60 days. Once the course expires
Quizzes and Exams
- Assessments: Each module has a quiz at the end. You have unlimited attempts to pass these assessments, but you must achieve a 100% score.
Worksheets and Activities
- Downloadable Materials: Certain modules include worksheets and activities that you need to download to enhance your learning experience. Be sure to download these materials and either print them out or have them accessible for use throughout the module.
